Due to the holiday our orders are currently taking 3-4 weeks to fulfill and ship. You can track your order status via Tracking App's like 17Track.

Our products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. This unique business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs which in turns allows us to offer products at a lower price.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

**Please note that shipping during the COVID-19 period can take up to a month depending on your country’s postal service and customs. We cannot guarantee that items will reach you by specific dates. Thank you.**

Why is my entire order not here?

Our products are shipped directly to you from our supplier. This unique business model allows us to save on storage and transportation costs, occasionally we will ship items out in multiple packages. If your order has not arrived altogether please allow 3-5 business days for the remaining items to arrive! 

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at withserene@gmail.com with a photo of your purchase. We will respond with the return mailing address. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels, buyer is responsible for shipping the return back to us. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
